Sometimes the hardest part of writing is simply the plot. I have gathered some tips and tricks to assist you in your plot creation.
1. Lay out what you want to happen in the story if you already have ideas. Put them in the order you want and work from there.
2. If you don't already have ideas listen to music and come up with a plot from it. Maybe it is smooth and then more frantic like peace and then war.
3. Watch a movie or some TV. It might help get ideas flowing. You could even go see a play or concert.
4. Read books of a similar genre. It might give you inspiration.
5. Look for story starters or images online.
6. Just put your head down and start brainstorming.
7. Draw a line from you starting idea to your ending one and add points in between.
